Pns Pillai & Co.

Pns Pillai & Co. is located at B-4 in the Sanghvi Estate. We are pretty close to the B Ward Office, so if you can find that, you’re basically here. The estate is a mix of different businesses and workshops. It’s always a bit noisy with trucks or people moving stuff around. Our office is a simple room with the basics. We’ve got a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a map on the wall. It’s not a place where we host big meetings or anything. Most of our work is handled by phone or email anyway. We’ve been in Sanghvi Estate for quite a few years. The building is solid, even if the paint is peeling a bit near the bottom. We don’t mind. It feels like a real place of work. There are a few of us who have been here since the start. We know the security guards and the other business owners around B-4. It’s a tight-knit little community in its own way. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, get through the day's tasks, and head home. It’s a steady, reliable way to operate. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the entrance of the estate. Pns Pillai & Co. is just a regular firm doing its thing near the ward office. It’s nothing fancy.
