We are A K Kochar & Associates, and our place is located at 1 Kandivali East. It’s a fairly easy address to remember. We’ve been in Kandivali for a while now and we’ve seen how much the area has grown over the years. Our office isn't anything too elaborate. It’s a functional space where we handle all the work that comes our way. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things get done. There’s no corporate ladder here or anything like that. We just work. The surroundings are typical for this part of town. It can get quite busy during the rush hours, but inside the office, we try to keep things moving along steadily. We don’t really feel the need to talk ourselves up. The name A K Kochar & Associates is what’s on the paperwork, but we are just regular people. Some days are long, especially when there is a lot of filing or back-end stuff to catch up on. We don't have any flashy marketing or big slogans. We just provide a place where business happens. It’s a bit lived-in, our office, but it works for us. We know the local area well and we’ve become part of the scenery here in Kandivali East. We just keep to our routine and deal with whatever challenges the day brings. It’s not complicated. We are just here doing our thing every day.
