Bagaitkar Chitale & Associates

Our office for Bagaitkar Chitale & Associates is right on the ground floor of the Poonam Building. It is pretty easy to spot because we are right on Station Road in Kulgaon-Badlapur. If you are looking for us, just find the Chitale Icecream shop and we are right behind it. That is how most people find us anyway, using the ice cream place as a landmark. Being in Thane, especially in this part of Badlapur, means we get a lot of local foot traffic. The station is just a stone's throw away, so there is always noise and people moving about outside. We have been working out of this ground floor space for a good while now. It is a simple setup with just enough room for our team and the files we keep. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us doing the work every day. The office feels lived in because it is. We have our routine, starting early before the heat gets too bad in the afternoon. Sometimes the trains are a bit loud, but it is part of the charm of being so close to the station. We see a lot of the same faces every day walking past the window. It is a good community here and we are glad to be a part of it. Most of our visitors are people from the neighborhood who have known us for years. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
