We are right here in the Engle Wood Society, specifically in the B Wing at Hiranandani Estate. If you know the Ghodbunder Road area in Patlipada, you probably pass us often. This shop has been part of the neighborhood for a while now. People usually drop by when they are planning to go abroad or just need some currency exchanged before a flight. We spend most of our time at the desk handling papers, looking at flight schedules, and sorting out various travel documents. It gets busy on weekends when families have time to stop in and ask questions about visas or tour packages. The office is Shop No. 5, so it is pretty easy to spot from the street. We deal with a lot of regular folks from the estate who want to get their travel stuff sorted without having to go all the way into the main city. It is just a straightforward place where we try to help people figure out their plans. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times we are just quietly filing paperwork or checking updates. We don’t have fancy decorations, just the usual desks and computers you’d expect. Being in Thane means we see a mix of everyone, from young couples to retirees looking for a quiet trip. If you are walking around Patlipada, you can just pop your head in. We are usually here during the day making sure all the bookings are lined up right. It’s a lot of detail work.
