Musafir Travel Agency

Musafir Travel Agency is tucked away in Tanwar Nagar, Kausa. We are at A 7 Huma Park, which is right near the Kokan Medical store. Mumbra is a busy place, and our street is no different. There are always people walking by and bikes zooming around. Our office is small, just a couple of desks where we help people with their travel plans. We spend the day looking at ticket prices and trying to find routes that work for everyone. There’s a lot of paperwork with visas and passports, so the desks are usually covered in folders. It’s a local spot, so we know many of the people who come in. They often stay for a bit to chat about their families or their trips. We have a small TV in the corner that’s usually on the news. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s more like a place where neighbors come to get help with their journeys. Sometimes we have to wait a long time for the systems to load, so we just sit and talk. We’ve been here in Mumbra for years and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. We just keep doing what we do, one ticket at a time. It’s practical work and it keeps us connected to the community here in Kausa. We usually close up shop late after the last customer leaves.
