Disha Rangoli Santer

We are over in Naupada. It’s a local spot where people know each other. Our place, Disha Rangoli Santer, is where we handle all our colors and designs. It’s not a big fancy store. It’s more of a workshop feel. You’ll see bags of powders and different tools laying around. We spend a lot of our time just practicing designs or getting orders ready for festivals. Naupada is a great place to be because it’s always active. We’ve been here for quite some time now. People come in when they want something traditional for their homes or for an event. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just talk to the people who walk in. The shop can get a bit messy with all the colors, but that’s part of the charm. We don’t use any corporate talk. We just tell you what we have and how long it’ll take. It’s a simple business. We like the creative side of it, even if it’s hard work on the hands. Sometimes the shop feels too small when we have a lot of stock, but we make it work. It’s a very local thing we’ve got going.
