Our office is on the first floor of the Shanti Ganga Apartment, specifically in the C Wing. We are right opposite the station in Bhyendar East, so it’s very convenient for people who are jumping on or off the train. Being in Office Number 11 means we’re up a flight of stairs, away from the immediate noise of the street, but you can still hear the announcements from the station sometimes. It’s a busy area, always a lot of people moving around outside. Inside, we have our setup for handling pharma supplies. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve managed to fit in all the desks and storage we need. We spend most of our time on the phone or going through paperwork and orders. Since we’re in Shanti Ganga, there are other businesses around too, so it feels like a little hub. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and works well for us. We don’t really go in for any big marketing or anything; people usually find us because they need something specific that we carry. It’s a lot of back-and-forth throughout the day, making sure deliveries go out and checking what’s come in. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a typical Bhyandar office life, really, busy but manageable for our small team. We have been here for quite a long while now and it is okay.
