Enicar Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away on Plot No. J-214/215 in the Midc area of Tarapur. If you know this part of the world, you know it’s mostly factories and warehouses, so it’s a very practical environment. We’ve been operating out of this plot for a while, and it has served us well. The weather in Tarapur can get pretty humid, especially in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy with our production. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art. It’s more about concrete floors, metal shelves, and a lot of focus on the technical side of things. Most of the staff here have been with us for a good stretch, so we all know each other’s names and how we like our tea. The logistics of being in Midc can be a challenge sometimes when the deliveries are late, but we manage to sort it out. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. Instead, we spend our hours checking the batches and making sure the machinery is running like it’s supposed to. It’s a down-to-earth setup. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. People just show up at J-214/215, put in their hours, and we make sure the work gets done correctly. It’s a quiet kind of busy most days.
