Paddchinh Playgroup & Daycare

We are tucked into Shop No 4, 5, and 6 at Plot No 52 in the Swapnshilp CHS. It’s in Sector 20 of Kopar Khairane over in Navi Mumbai. Being inside a residential society means we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of it with the different rooms for the kids. It’s a daycare and playgroup, so there are always toys on the floor and drawings taped to the walls. We spend a lot of our time cleaning up spills or helping the little ones with their shoes. It’s a lot of work and it can be quite tiring by the end of the day. The shop fronts face the internal road of the sector, so it’s a bit quieter than being on the main highway. Parents usually stop by on their way to work or when they come back in the evening. We have a simple routine of snacks, naps, and playing. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy uniforms. It’s just us looking after the children and making sure they are okay while their parents are away. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone starts crying at once, but we just deal with it. It’s a very human place to work. We like being part of the Swapnshilp community and knowing the families who live in the apartments above us.
