Ozin Advisory Private Limited

Our office is located out in Thane West, inside the Hiranandani Estate. If you know the area, you’ve probably seen the Rodas Enclave buildings. We are Ozin Advisory Private Limited and we are in the Evergreen B tower, way up on the 16th floor in unit 1604. Being that high up gives us a pretty decent view of the surroundings, which is a nice change from looking at walls all day. We do advisory work here. It is a professional space but it isn't cold or overly formal. We have some desks, a small meeting table, and usually a few half-empty water bottles lying around. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though things pick up when we have a lot of calls to make. Hiranandani Estate is a self-contained kind of place, so it feels like a little town of its own. We’ve got everything we need close by. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know our business well. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs on the road. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through others. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we like the fact that it feels a bit more modern than the older parts of the city. We show up every morning, do our advisory tasks, and enjoy the quiet environment of the estate. It's just a regular workday.
