Orix Advisors Private Limited

Our office is located in Seawood(W), specifically in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. We are in the Vidhyasagar Chs building, which is on Plot 35/36 in Sector -40. The office is B-08. It’s a quiet residential area, so it’s not as hectic as some other parts of Mumbai City. We handle advisory services here under the name Orix Advisors Private Limited. The space is fairly small and simple. We have our desks and some cupboards for all our documents. It’s a basic setup that lets us focus on our work without many distractions. We aren't interested in looking like a big flashy firm. We just do our jobs and go home. Usually, there's just a few of us around. We spend a lot of time looking at data and talking to our clients. Seawood is a nice place to work because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We've been here for a good while now. The building is easy to find if you know the sector. We don't have a big reception area or any of that. If you come by, you'll just see us at our desks. It’s a very straightforward way to run a private limited company. We just keep things moving along and do what’s required. There is no need for fancy titles or corporate jargon here. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get through the day’s tasks. It works for us and we like the local feel of the place.
