Om Vir Print O Pack

Down here in Vasai at Om Vir House, things get pretty loud when the machines are running. We are located in the Shivam India Estate, specifically at 19A/B, and it’s been our base for a good bit of time. The Tungarphata area is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We do printing and packaging, which means lots of paper, cardboard, and ink everywhere you look. It’s not the cleanest work but we like seeing the finished boxes stacked up ready to go. Our team is small, just a few of us who know how to handle the presses. Sometimes the humidity in Vasai makes the paper act up, and we have to adjust everything. It’s just how it goes. There’s no big corporate board here, just us trying to keep the schedules on track so people get their packs when they need them. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of chairs. Most of the action happens on the floor. People drop by with designs or just to check on their stuff. We don’t put on a show for anyone. It is what it is—a busy print shop in an industrial estate. We keep the doors open and the machines humming as long as there is work to do. We just keep our heads down and get the printing done right.
