Ocean Maritime Institute Private Limited

We are located in the NRI Seawoods II complex in Nerul. Our office is Flat 901 in Building 56, which covers sectors 54, 56, and 58. Since we are the Ocean Maritime Institute, being in Navi Mumbai feels like a good fit for us. The building is part of a large residential area, so it’s much quieter here than in the center of Thane or Mumbai. We have turned this flat into our workspace where we manage all the institute's affairs. From the ninth floor, we have a pretty decent view, which is a nice change from looking at paperwork all day. We don't have a big corporate staff. It is just a handful of us who come in every day to handle the training schedules and student records. The atmosphere is quite relaxed compared to a standard office building. We have our files organized in the different rooms of the flat. There is a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and coffee. Most people who come to see us are looking for information about maritime courses. We don’t have a fancy reception desk, so we usually just meet people in the main room. It is a very simple and functional setup. We like that it doesn’t feel like a cold, corporate environment. We just show up, do our work for the institute, and make sure everything is running as it should. It’s just a regular workday in Nerul.
