You can find us over at Gala No 1 in the Laxmi Narayan Apartment building. It’s located in the Koleswadi area of Thane, which is a pretty lively neighborhood. We are right near Ideal School, so during the mornings and afternoons, you can hear the kids playing and the school bells ringing. It’s a bit of a different vibe than a big office park. Novaace Private Limited operates out of this ground-floor gala, which makes it easy to move things in and out without dealing with elevators. The apartment complex itself is a typical Thane residential building, so we are surrounded by families and local shops. It feels very connected to the community here. The space inside is cozy, and we have set it up to be as efficient as possible. Sometimes it gets a little noisy with the street traffic and the school nearby, but we’ve gotten used to the sounds of the neighborhood over the years. We chose this spot because it is accessible for the team and doesn't feel like a cold, sterile corporate environment. There’s a small shop nearby where we grab snacks, and everyone knows each other on this street. It’s a simple setup for Novaace, and we don't really need anything more than this. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized in our little corner of Koleswadi. It is a practical, honest place to work.
