No Pass No Fees

The name No Pass No Fees usually gets people talking when they walk past us in Gandhi Nagar. We are located at No 1, Shree Ganesh Shilp, right in Dombivli East. Being near Hardikar Hospital means there’s always people moving around outside. Our place is simple and honest. We don’t spend money on big advertisements or fancy furniture. Most of our chairs are mismatched, but they’re comfortable enough for a few hours of studying. The idea behind our name is just how we work; we want to make sure the students actually get results. It’s a bit of a pressure on us, but it keeps us focused. We see a lot of students who are struggling or feel like they can't pass their exams. We sit with them and go through the basics until they feel confident. Dombivli is a busy place, and most of our students are locals from the nearby apartment buildings. We have a small bookshelf filled with old textbooks and guides that anyone can use. The lighting isn't the brightest, but it’s enough to read by. We don't have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just show up every day, open the doors, and start teaching. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the directness of it. If the students succeed, then we’ve done our part correctly. Usually, we're here until the last student finishes their last question of the day.
