Our business, New Tools Ind., is situated at Plot No 233 in the Shanti Indl Estate. You can find us right across from the Rajat Printing Press. Since we are in an industrial estate, there are always big trucks moving around and people busy with all kinds of manual work. We have been in this specific spot for quite a while. Every morning starts with pulling up the shutters and getting the floor ready. Working in an industrial area means things can get a little bit greasy and the noise level is always high, but we don't mind it. We mostly handle tools and different industrial supplies. You won't find a fancy lobby or a receptionist here. We just have our desks, some storage racks, and the area where we move the heavy equipment around. Using the printing press as a landmark is usually the easiest way to tell people how to find us. The roads inside the estate can be pretty rough, especially after it rains, but we just keep going. We are just regular people working here, making sure orders get finished and things stay where they belong. It is steady work and we like being part of the local industrial community in Shanti Indl Estate. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay focused to get the tools where they need to go.
