Our unit is located at C-238 in the MIDC area of Turbhe. If you’ve ever been to the industrial belt in Navi Mumbai, you know it’s just row after row of factories and warehouses stretching out forever. We fit right in there with the rest of them. We’ve been working with chemicals for a long time, mostly supplying other industrial businesses in the neighborhood. The office is right above the shop floor, so you can always hear the machines humming and the forklifts moving around downstairs while you’re trying to talk. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it by now and don't mind much. We spend a lot of time checking our stock and making sure everything is stored safely in the back. Safety is a big part of what we do, even if we don't talk about it in a fancy way; it’s just common sense when you’re dealing with these kinds of materials every day. The roads in Turbhe can be a real mess with all the heavy trucks and containers, so we spend a lot of our afternoon planning the logistics so things aren't late. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been here forever and some newer faces from the city. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just try to get the chemicals out the door on time. It’s hard work, but it’s a living, and we’ve built some good local connections.
