This Lic Of India branch is tucked into Shop No. 18 of the Citylite Building over on Kismat Colony Road in Mumbra. It’s a busy little office, especially in the mornings when people start coming in with their documents and files. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some chairs for folks to sit on while they wait. The road outside is always full of life, with cars and people moving back and forth constantly. Our shop isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped when several families show up at once to talk about their plans. We spend a lot of our time going through old registers and filling out forms by hand or on the one computer that works well. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t have any fancy signs or expensive furniture, just the stuff that’s been here for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the daily paperwork to worry about that. People from Kismat Colony know where we are, and they often stop by just to double-check their dates or ask a quick question. It’s a practical setup that serves the local area without any unnecessary extras. We just try to keep the files in order and make sure everyone gets their turn without waiting too long in the heat.
