Family Care Project

Family Care Project. We are based out in Mira Road. It’s a busy area and we have been here for a bit now. The space isn't very large but it serves the purpose for what we do every day. We spend most of our time talking to people and trying to help out with family situations or whatever projects are on the list for that week. Mira Road has a lot of energy and there is always something happening right outside the door. Inside, we have a few tables and chairs and some cabinets for our records. It gets a little crowded when more than three or four people are in here at once. We don't use any fancy systems, just basic notebooks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Usually, someone is making tea in the corner while we go over the files. It's a simple setup. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We are just local people working in the community. You might see us walking around the neighborhood or grabbing a snack at the local stalls nearby. It's not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a room where we get our work done and try to stay on top of the projects we started. Sometimes it’s quiet and other days the phone won't stop ringing. That is just how life is here in Mira Road.
