Radon Assurance

We are set up at Ahu-1 inside the Lodha Boulevard Mall. If you know where the SBI Bank is, we are right next to it. Being in a mall is a bit different for an assurance company, but it makes it easy for people to find us while they are out doing their shopping or banking. The office is small and keeps things simple. We mostly deal with insurance papers and helping people understand what they are signing up for. It’s not the kind of place with marble floors or big fountains. We just have some chairs for people to sit in and a couple of desks for our work. The mall gets busy on the weekends, but during the week it’s a fairly quiet place to get things done. We spend a lot of time on the computer or filling out forms for clients. Sometimes the mall music is a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big marketing department. Most of our clients are just local folks who walk past and decide to ask a question about their policies. We try to keep the explanations basic so everyone knows what’s going on. It’s just a regular office doing regular work every day. We’ve been here since the mall area started developing more. It’s a convenient spot for us and for the people who need to drop off documents without driving across town.
