Dombivli is a place where you really have to know the shortcuts to get around. Our office is in Shastri Nagar, tucked right behind Bharat Natya Mandir at Prakash Joshi Chawl. It’s a very traditional spot. You won’t find any glass elevators or air-conditioned lobbies here. We are M/S Joglekar & Nandarshi, and we’ve been working out of this space for a long time. People usually find us by looking for the landmark theater first. The chawl has that old-school vibe where you can hear the neighbors and the sounds of the street quite clearly. Our office is packed with folders, and the ceiling fan hums all day while we work on the books. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we have a few clients over at once, but we make do. We drink a lot of chai from the local vendor who knows exactly how we like it. Working in a chawl means you’re part of the community. We see the same faces every morning on our way in. We aren't interested in being a big firm; we just do regular work for people who live around here. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very human way to run a business. We just do the work, file the returns, and try to keep things simple for everyone without making it a huge production.
