Morgan Stanley Advantage Services

You can find us in the Aspen building at Raheja Gardens. We are in unit A 801, which sits right on LBS Marg. This area straddles the line between Mumbai and Thane, so it’s always got a lot of energy. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while now. Morgan Stanley Advantage Services is the name on the door, but inside, we’re just a bunch of regular people. It’s a decent office space, though it gets a bit cluttered with papers and coffee mugs by the afternoon. We don't have those fancy glass walls or expensive art that some offices have. It’s mostly just rows of desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on LBS Marg, but we make it in. We aren't here to win any awards for how our office looks. We just want to make sure we finish our tasks before the end of the day. Sometimes we stay a little late to get ahead of the next morning’s pile. It’s a steady place to work and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the folks in the other units. We don't talk much about visions or strategies. We just focus on the actual work in front of us. It’s a practical environment for getting things done. We usually have a radio playing low in the corner to break the silence.
