M.K. Enterprise

M.K. Enterprise is located right in the thick of things at F-34 in the APMC Market-1, over in Phase-Ii, Sector-19. If you know Vashi, you know how busy this market gets. We open up while most people are still asleep because that’s just how the wholesale life works. There’s always the sound of trucks backing up and people shouting to get things moved. Our space is tucked away in the middle of all that noise. Inside, it’s mostly stacks of goods and a small area where we keep the books. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the chaos outside anymore. It’s a practical setup, nothing for show. We spend our mornings dealing with suppliers and making sure the inventory matches what we’re sending out. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from all the movement, but that’s just part of being in a market. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the stalls nearby while we wait for the afternoon pickups. The market starts to quiet down a bit later on, which is when we finally get a chance to organize for the next day. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We just focus on getting the crates moved and keeping things organized in our little corner of Vashi.
