Mindseed Preschool

Mindseed Preschool is located in the Poonam Empire building on Zero Road, over in the Sriprastha area of Nalasopara West. Being in Palghar, we get a lot of families from the surrounding apartment blocks. The preschool is a place where we look after young children during the morning and afternoon hours. It’s a simple setup with rooms for different age groups. We have some play equipment and a few spots for naps and meals. The staff here are mostly local women who have experience with kids. We don't have a complicated philosophy or anything. We just make sure the children are safe, fed, and learning their basics like colors and shapes. The Zero Road area can get a bit crowded with traffic, but inside the school, we try to keep things orderly. Sometimes the kids have a bit of a meltdown or don't want to share, and we just deal with it as it happens. It’s not always perfect, but it’s real. We spend a lot of time talking to parents at the door about how their child ate or if they slept well. It’s the small details that matter in a place like this. We’ve been at Poonam Empire for a while now, so most people in Nalasopara West know where to find us. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. It is a busy life, but someone has to do it.
