We are located at A-303 on Road No. 32 in the Wagle Estate area of Thane. If you have ever been to Wagle Estate, you know it is a massive maze of buildings and warehouses. Our spot is just one part of that big industrial landscape. We work with organic products and pharmaceuticals, so things have to stay quite organized and clean. It is a lot of following specific steps and making sure the batches are handled correctly. Most of our day is spent looking at labels, checking inventory, or working in the lab area. It is repetitive in a way, but you have to stay sharp so nothing gets mixed up. The office and the production space are right there together. We aren't some giant faceless entity; we are just a bunch of people in Thane trying to make sure the products get out the door on time. Sometimes the traffic on the way into the estate is a nightmare, which usually means we start the day a bit late and stay a bit later to catch up. That is just how Thane is. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist and free coffee; it’s more about the work being done in the back. We have been here for a while and we just keep a steady rhythm, day in and day out, making sure everything is up to the standard it needs to be. It can get pretty tiring but the team here is good.
