Marathon Sales Agency is situated on the 1st floor of Bhaskar Bhavan, which is at 105 in Bhayander East. Being on the first floor is quite convenient because we don't have to climb too many stairs, and we can still see what is happening on the street below. Bhaskar Bhavan is a familiar building in this part of Bhayander East. It’s not a brand new glass tower or anything like that. It’s just a standard commercial building that has seen a lot of people come and go. Our office inside is fairly simple. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. We do a lot of our work over the phone and on our computers. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we manage. The light coming through the windows in the afternoon is actually quite nice. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea, which we do several times a day. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we don't have very long commutes. We know the local shops where we can get a quick lunch. There isn't much to say about our decor; it’s mostly just practical stuff we need for the job. We focus on getting through the daily list of tasks. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and we have to spend a Saturday catching up. It’s a pretty straightforward way of working for us.
