Mangalam Placement

We’re over on Ghodbander Road, running Mangalam Placement. If you know this road, you know how much traffic there is and how much the area is developing. We’re right in the middle of all that energy. Our job is pretty simple on the surface but can get complicated once you get into the details. We help find people jobs and help companies find staff. It involves a lot of waiting around for callbacks and trying to figure out if someone is actually going to show up for an interview. We don't have a big fancy reception area. It’s mostly just desks and chairs and a lot of ringing phones. We try to be real with people. If a job is tough, we say so. If a candidate isn't a good fit, we don't lead them on. Ghodbander Road has a lot of businesses popping up, so we stay pretty active. Sometimes we lose track of time because there’s always one more resume to look at. We aren't trying to be the most innovative or whatever words people use these days. We just want to make sure the rent gets paid and people get to work. It’s a noisy, busy office, but it feels right for a placement agency. We’ve had our ups and downs like any local business, but we’re still here, doing our thing every day. It’s just us, working hard on this busy road to make things happen.
