Mait India Foundation Equipment Pvt Ltd is situated in the MIDC industrial area in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. Our specific spot is R-721 in the TTC Industrial Area. This part of Navi Mumbai is all about factories and big warehouses, so it’s a very industrial vibe. We deal with foundation equipment, which means everything here is heavy, made of steel, and usually a bit greasy. The yard is full of large machine parts and drilling components. It’s a loud place because there is always some kind of welding or loading going on. The office part is just a small section where we keep the records and talk to the guys on the floor. It gets quite hot in the afternoon, especially with all the metal around reflecting the sun. We spend most of our time out in the yard or checking on the equipment that’s being prepped for transport. The TTC Industrial Area is huge, so delivery trucks are constantly moving in and out of the gates. We have a small crew and most of us have been working with this kind of machinery for years. It’s dirty work, and by the end of the day, everyone is ready to wash up and head home. There isn't any fancy corporate talk here, just talk about machines and deadlines.
