Our office for Lightyear Business Advisors Private Limited is in Neelkanth Heights. We are way up in A 2001, which is on the 20th floor of the building on Plots 12 and 13 in Sector 8, Ghansoli. Being that high up in Navi Mumbai means we see a lot of the sky, which is nice when things get stressful. We spend our days advising businesses on how to handle their affairs. It sounds a bit technical, and sometimes it is, but we try to explain things in plain English. We aren’t interested in using a lot of jargon that nobody understands. The office is just a place where we sit and think and talk to clients on the phone or in person. We’ve got a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of notebooks. Ghansoli is a growing area, and we like being part of that change. It’s a bit of a trek to the 20th floor if the lift is being serviced, but usually, it’s fine. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a polished image. We’re just regular people who happen to know a lot about business stuff. We keep things grounded and practical. If someone needs help figuring out their next step, we’re here in the heights, just doing our thing and trying to be useful to whoever walks in. It’s a lot of reading and checking facts, but that is how we stay on top of things.
