We are based out in the Additional Ambarnath M.I.D.C. area on Plot No. B-8. If you have ever been to Ambarnath East in the Thane district, you know it is a heavy industrial belt. Our facility isn't something fancy or high-tech to look at from the outside, but it serves us well for what we do. Most of us have been working here for years, and we know the ins and outs of this plot like the back of our hands. The mornings usually start with a quick check of the inventory and making sure the staff is ready for the day's tasks. There is a lot of metal and concrete around us, which is typical for this part of the city. We have a small area where we eat lunch together, usually sharing whatever home-cooked food people brought in their dabbas that day. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have enough ventilation to keep things moving. We don't spend money on expensive decor or flashy signs. We just focus on making sure the batches are processed and the paperwork is filed correctly. It is a simple life here in the M.I.D.C. zone. The local trains are a big part of how everyone gets to work, and the walk from the station keeps us fit. We just do our bit and try to stay organized in the middle of all the industrial noise.
