Komal Collection

You can find us over in Thane West, right on Ghodbunder Road in the Kasarvadavli area. We’re situated quite close to the Hypercity Mall, which makes it easy for people to locate us. Our shop, Komal Collection, is a place where we keep things simple. We have a lot of different items packed into the space, so it can feel a bit crowded at times. We mostly deal with clothing and various collections that we sort through every week. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, where everyone does a bit of everything. One minute we’re unpacking boxes, and the next we’re helping someone find a specific size. The traffic on Ghodbunder Road is always a topic of conversation here because it’s usually backed up. We see a lot of regulars who drop in while they’re out doing their other shopping. We don't have a professional interior designer or anything like that; we just put the stock where it fits. It feels like a real local shop because that’s exactly what it is. We aren't interested in being a big chain. We just like having our own spot and seeing the same faces come through the door. The days are long, but we enjoy the interaction with people. It’s just a normal business trying to sell clothes to the people who live nearby in this part of Thane. We keep the doors open late most nights because that's when it gets the busiest around this neighborhood.
