Working out of Pluto A/704 in Gaurav Galaxy keeps us pretty busy most days. Mira Road is a loud place sometimes, especially in Phase II where everything is growing so fast. Our office isn’t huge but it fits the team well enough. We spend most of the day at our computers doing whatever the project needs at the moment. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow in the mornings, so we usually get our tea while we wait. Maharashtra weather gets hot in the summer, so the fans are always on full blast. We deal with a lot of global work but the office itself feels very local and grounded. You can hear the traffic from the window if it’s open during the day. We’ve got desks pushed up against the walls to make more room in the middle for walking. It’s not like those shiny offices you see in movies with glass everywhere. There are wires under the desks and everyone has their own way of keeping their workspace messy or clean. We mostly just focus on getting the work done on time without a lot of fuss. Thane is a long commute for some of us, but we make it work. Usually, there’s a lot of typing going on and not much talking until lunch. We don’t really do big meetings unless something is actually wrong. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle here.
