Kindlecareer is located up at Godrej Hill in Barave, Kalyan. We are in Flat A-2/28. It is a residential complex, so it feels very much like a home environment. We have transformed the rooms into workspaces with desks and computers. The pin code is 421306 if you are looking for it. Being in a residential area means it is mostly quiet, although you can hear kids playing in the park downstairs sometimes. We like the view from the window; it helps when you’ve been staring at a screen for too long. We are just a small group, so we don't need a massive office space. We handle everything from this flat. It’s a bit informal, and we don't really have a dress code. Most of the time, we are just in our regular clothes. We have a small pantry where we keep snacks and a kettle for tea. The commute to Godrej Hill is fairly easy for us. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity with hundreds of workers. We just want a comfortable place to do our career-related work. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, and it’s nice because the building is safe and well-lit. There is no front desk or security guard for our specific unit. You just come to the door of the flat. It is a very grounded and honest way for us to operate our small business.
