We are located in the Satyam Apartment building, specifically in the B Wing. Our office is Room Number 103 on the first floor, so it is not a long walk up the stairs. We have been working as Chartered Accountants here in Belavali, which is on the west side of Badlapur. Thane can be a very busy area, but our little corner of Maharashtra feels a bit more manageable most days. The office isn't anything fancy or corporate-looking. It is just a practical space where we keep our files and do our work on the computers. Most people around here know where Satyam Apt is, so it is not too hard to find us once you get to Belavali. We spend our mornings looking at spreadsheets and talking about tax filings. It is mostly just the two of us, Karnik and Kulkarni, making sure the papers are in order. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a short break. The address says 421 503 for the post, which is usually quite reliable. We do not have any big signs or anything like that. Just the name on the door and a lot of work on the desks. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but the fans do their job. We like it here because it is close to home for some of us. We just keep our heads down and handle the accounts as they come in.
