Kamdhenu Industries

Working out here in Bhayander East near the Shilpa Hotel is usually pretty quiet in the early mornings. Kamdhenu Industries is just a basic industrial setup located near Chandivali. We deal with whatever work comes in for the day and try to get it done. The building is simple and it gets quite hot in the summer because of how the roof is made. We have a few machines running most of the time, so it gets a bit noisy inside the unit. Most of us have been working here for a long time now. We know all the shortcuts through the side streets to get to work without getting stuck in traffic. It’s not a fancy office with big chairs or anything like that. Just some old desks, our equipment, and a lot of work to get through before the day ends. We usually take our tea breaks together near the front entrance where it's a little bit cooler. Sometimes the delivery trucks have trouble finding our exact spot because the roads are quite narrow around here. We just have to go out and wave them down from the main gate. Most of our day is spent on the floor, checking the items and making sure everything is moving along. It’s a lot of manual work and we stay pretty busy. The neighborhood is mostly other small units like ours, so we know the neighbors well.
