Pragati Events & Gifting

Pragati Events & Gifting is tucked away in flat 204 of the 16th Poonam Sargam building. We are over in Hatkesh Nagar, part of Shanti Vidhya Nagri on Mira Road, not too far from the GCC Club. It is a residential area, so it’s not like a shop on the main road. We run things from here, mostly planning out events or sorting through gift items for different occasions. Our space is often filled with samples of decorations or boxes of various sizes. It is a bit of a juggle to keep everything straight, especially when we have several things going on at once. We don't have a big office with a receptionist. Usually, it’s just us answering the phone and writing down notes on whatever scrap of paper is handy. Mira Road is a growing place, and we have seen a lot of changes around here over the years. We just try to keep up with what people want. It is not always easy, and sometimes we stay up late finishing a task. We don't use fancy planners, just a regular calendar on the wall. The building is quiet for the most part, which helps when we need to focus. We are just a small group of people who enjoy putting things together for others. We don't make a big deal out of it. We just do the work and hope it turns out okay. Dealing with vendors takes up most of our time.
