Our place is out in Vasai Road East. We have two units, 6 and 9, in the Sheetal Industrial Complex. It’s right next to Vardhman Industrial Estate, so the whole area is pretty much just workshops and factories. Gokhiware is a busy part of town. It gets dusty and loud with all the machinery around, but that’s just how it is here. Kalp Automation isn't some high-tech office with bean bags or coffee machines. It’s a working floor. We spend most of our time dealing with parts and systems. Some days it feels a bit cramped because we have a lot of stuff moving in and out through the doors. The team is mostly local guys from the area. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things quiet down a bit. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a trek depending on the trains, but we’ve all got our routine by now. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The landlord is okay, and the neighbors in the other units are friendly enough. We help each other out if someone needs a tool or a hand with a heavy load. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't have a fancy website team or anyone to write nice things about us. We just focus on the automation work. The floor is concrete, the lights are bright, and there’s always something being put together. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know.
