JOSHI CHHADVA & CO LLP

Joshi Chhadva & Co LLP is based out of Kalyan, which is a bit of a distance if you are coming from the main part of Mumbai. We are in the Ramchandra Premises CHS, specifically Flat No. 20. It is right there near Char Rasta on Manpada Road. If you live in Thane or Kalyan, you probably know how crowded Char Rasta gets in the evenings. Our building is a Cooperative Housing Society, so it has that lived-in, local feel rather than being a cold glass building. We have been here for some time now. The office is not huge, but it fits what we need. Kalyan-421201 is home for us. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit or the stairs are being cleaned, but it is a good spot. Joshi and Chhadva are usually around most days. We don't really do much in terms of decorating the place; it’s mostly just files, desks, and computers. The walk from the station isn't too bad if the weather is nice, though Manpada Road is always full of people and rickshaws. We like being part of the local community here in Kalyan. It feels more real than being in a big corporate park. We just show up every morning, unlock the door to Flat 20, and get to work on whatever the day brings for the firm. It’s a simple setup for a local business. We have everything we need right here in the flat.
