We are based in the Vishakha Anuradha housing society in Vasai West. It’s on the first floor, so it’s easy to get to without waiting for the lift. We’ve been here in Diwanman for several years. It’s a quiet spot, which is good for us because we need to focus on the security market stuff. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few old chairs, and computers that stay on all day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. Most of our clients are people from around the Vasai and Virar area. They like that they can just drop in and talk to us face-to-face. Sometimes we have tea together while looking at the charts. The rain can be a bit heavy here during the monsoon, and the building gets a bit damp, but we just keep working. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just rely on being here when people need us. It’s a local business, through and through. We know the security guards at the gate and the shopkeepers downstairs. It’s a good community to be a part of. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try not to let things pile up. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. No fancy automated systems or hold music here. Just real people doing their jobs every day in our little corner of Vasai. We don't have big ambitions of moving to a skyscraper in the city center. We like the pace of life here and the people we deal with every single week.
