You can find Janavi Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. over in Thane West. We are located at No. 12 on Kamgar Hospital Road, which is also known as Road No. 33. We are right opposite the ice factory in Wagle Estate. It’s a busy industrial area and the ice factory is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. Our office is fairly basic. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites rather than sitting behind desks. Facility management involves a lot of moving parts, so our phones are always ringing. We started small and slowly added more people to the team. Most of us have been working together for years. We aren't interested in being some corporate giant with polished offices. We prefer being on the ground where the work is actually happening. Wagle Estate is a hub of activity and we fit right in. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork and schedules pinned to the walls. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the busy weeks. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just show up and make sure the buildings we look after are running like they should. It’s a lot of coordination and late-night calls, but that's the job we chose. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
