Our office is in Sainath Apartment, unit 11 2, right in Manisha Nagar in Kalwa. If you know Thane, you know it can get pretty crowded. We’ve been here in this apartment for years now. It’s a comfortable spot and the neighbors are friendly. We usually have the window open to catch the breeze, though sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much. We do our work here day in and day out. It’s a small team, just a few of us really. We don't spend money on big advertisements because most people in Kalwa already know where we are. We have a lot of old files because we don’t like throwing things away if they might be useful later. Coffee and tea are a big part of our routine. Someone usually goes out to get snacks in the afternoon. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to do our work properly and go home to our families. The apartment building is older, but it has character. We like the local vibe here. Sometimes people just stop by for a chat even if they don't have business. We don't mind. It makes the day go by faster. We keep the desk mostly clean but there’s always a stray pen or a notepad lying around somewhere. It is a bit disorganized but we know where everything is kept.
