J K Shah & Company

J K Shah & Company is based in Kandivali East, right in the Madhu Society. We are in Flat No 7 on the first floor of the building. It’s a mix of homes and offices here, so we have to be a bit quiet so we don't bother the residents. We handle a lot of paperwork and general consultancy for small businesses. The office is basically just two rooms with some old wooden desks and a lot of box files piled up. We’ve been here for many years, and the building has started to show its age, but we like the location. It’s close to the station, which makes it easy for us to get to work. We are a small team of four people. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and talk to the people who use our services on the phone. Most of our clients are people who have been with us since we started. We don't have a website or a social media page. We just rely on people recommending us to others. Sometimes we have a lot of work and we stay late, ordering food from the place downstairs. It’s a very plain and simple way of working. We just focus on the details and try to keep everything organized for the people who come to us. It's quiet and it works.
