Intelenet Global Services has its office at A/105, Silver Arch C.H.S in Samta Nagar, Thane. We are located in Maharashtra, zip code 400606. Even though the name sounds quite big, we are just people working out of a residential society setup. It makes the atmosphere a bit more relaxed than a cold office park. We handle various services and support tasks from here. Most of the day is spent on the computer or on the phone. Thane has grown so much lately, and Samta Nagar is a busy part of it. We see the neighbors coming and going while we are busy with our global service tasks. It’s an interesting mix of local living and international work. We don't have any fancy receptionists or marble floors. It’s just desks, chairs, and people working. Sometimes we have tea breaks and talk about the local news. We take our tasks seriously, but we don't act like we are better than anyone else. The Silver Arch building is well-known in the area, so it’s easy for people to find us if they have an appointment. We just try to stay on top of the work and keep our clients happy without making a lot of noise about it. It’s a practical way to run a business in this part of India.
