Industrial Trading Co.

You can find us at Shop No. 5 in Krupa Chambers. We are right across from the MTNL building here in Naupada, Thane West. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street coming through the door. Industrial Trading Co. isn't a massive corporation; we are just a small team working out of this shop. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at catalogs. We deal with a lot of different industrial items, so the shelves are usually packed with boxes of all sizes. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit down because of all the stock. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just open the shop in the morning and see what the day brings. Usually, it’s a lot of questions about specifications and delivery dates. We know the local area well since we’ve been here so long. The traffic outside can be a bit of a headache, especially in the evenings, but it's a good spot to be in. We keep a pot of water in the corner and a small desk for the accounts. It’s nothing special to look at, but it’s where we do our business every day. We just focus on getting the right items to the people who need them without too much fuss or extra talk. We usually have a stack of newspapers on the counter and the phone is always plugged in. There is a small radio in the back that we keep on most of the day.
