You can find us over in the Sandoz Baug area of Thane. It’s a real industrial pocket of Maharashtra, so it feels like a proper place for a chemicals company. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the building has that old, lived-in feel to it. We deal with various chemicals, mostly used in agriculture for protecting crops. It’s a lot of technical work, and our desks are always covered in safety data sheets and inventory lists. The commute through Thane can be a nightmare in the mornings, so most of us get here early just to beat the rush. Our office is a bit cluttered with samples and files, but we know where everything is. We spend most of the day talking to regional distributors and making sure the warehouse is keeping up with the demand. It’s a practical environment; we don’t have fancy artwork on the walls or anything like that. We just have our calendars and our tea cups. There’s a small shop nearby where we usually go for a quick bite during the day. The work is steady and sometimes repetitive, but it’s important for the farming community. We aren't a big, flashy operation here, just a group of people who know their way around chemicals and logistics. We just get on with it and try to make sure the containers are ready for shipping.
