Icici Lombard

We are located in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, specifically on the fourth floor of Vijay Towers in Sector-21. It is a very busy part of the city, especially being so close to the D-Mart. You can always see people carrying grocery bags and the traffic is pretty constant during the day. Our office is in Room 405. It is a functional space, nothing too special to look at. We have the usual desks, some plastic chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. Being in Navi Mumbai means many of us commute from quite far, so the morning starts with everyone settling in with their chai. We aren't a big flashy headquarters; we are just a branch office doing the work for Icici Lombard. The elevators in Vijay Towers can be slow, so sometimes we just take the stairs if we aren't feeling too tired. The windows look out over the sector, and you can see the city moving below. It is a practical place. We don't have any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. Just a place where the staff sits and gets through the paperwork. It gets a bit loud when the market nearby is in full swing, but you get used to it. We have been here for a while and the location is convenient for most people who need to stop by. It is just a normal office.
