Icici Bank

Our branch is over in Sanpada, specifically in the Millenium Tower B, Sector 9. We are in unit 1-6-3. It’s a pretty busy part of Navi Mumbai, so there’s always people coming in and out of the building. Working at ICICI Bank here means we see a lot of different faces every day. It’s a modern building, but inside our space, it’s just us doing the usual banking tasks. We have our desks set up and there is usually a lot of paper moving around. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes it feels like the files are winning. The commute to Sanpada can be a bit of a trek for some of us, especially when the trains are late, but the area itself is good. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just process transactions, help people with their accounts, and try to answer the phones when they ring. It’s a lot of routine, but we like the rhythm of it. During the monsoon, the wind really hits the tower, and you can hear it through the windows. We’ve got a small break area where we eat our lunch and complain about the traffic. It’s a regular job with regular people. We aren't some distant corporate entity; we’re the ones you see every day behind the counter or at the desks. We just do our bit to keep things moving.
