We run Icapital Academy And Corporate Advisoryllp out of a flat in Vashi, Sector 2. It’s Building No C2/5, specifically the 3rd floor, Flat No 1 in the C1/C2 type apartments. It might seem a bit unusual to run a corporate advisory from an apartment, but it actually works out really well for us. It keeps things grounded and quiet. We’re not in one of those huge glass towers in the business district. Instead, we’re in a regular neighborhood where we can actually focus on the work. We handle academy stuff and give corporate advice, which sounds very serious, but we’re just a small team of people who know our stuff. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through documents at our desks. We don't have a uniform or a formal front desk. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and let you in. We like the simplicity of it. Vashi is a great area because it’s connected to everything, but our specific corner in Sector 2 is fairly peaceful. We’ve set up the rooms to be functional for meetings and study sessions. We don't go for big displays or expensive decorations. We’d rather spend our time making sure the advice we give is solid and the students in our academy are actually learning something useful. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense way to run things, and it suits us just fine.
