You can find I4Trainings Llp over at Oyster CHS in Hiranandani Estate. We are in Flat No. 206, which is a fairly typical residential building in the Patilpada area near Ghodbunder Road. The G.B. Road traffic is something we deal with every single day, and it can be a real headache, but once you get inside the estate, it’s a lot calmer. The flat is our main base of operations. It’s got that lived-in feel because we spend so many hours here. There are computers set up in what would have been the living room and a small kitchen area where we make way too much tea. It’s not a fancy commercial space, but it’s where we do all our training work. Looking out the window, you can see the other buildings in the complex. It’s a very domestic setting, which makes the work feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office block. We often have boxes of materials stacked against the walls and power strips snaking across the floor. It’s a bit cramped when the whole team is here, but we make it work. Living and working around Thane means you get used to the humidity and the constant growth of the area. We’re just another small business operating out of an apartment, trying to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
