Human Capital Corporation

We’ve been set up here at Jagruti Apartment in Thane for a while now. It’s a pretty standard building in Savarkar Nagar, nothing too flashy, but it works for what we do. Mostly, we spend our time talking to people and trying to figure out where they fit in different jobs. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the traffic, but that’s just how things go around here. Some days are slower than others, and other days the phones don't stop ringing. We’ve got a small team and we know the neighborhood well. It's nice being tucked away in a residential area instead of a big glass tower. People sometimes have a hard time finding A/7 because the signs aren't great, but once they get inside, it’s just a regular office space with desks and some old files. We don't really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. We just focus on the work at hand. Most of us have been working together long enough that we don't need to say much to get things done. We grab tea from the stall nearby when we need a break. It's a simple operation, really. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks in or calls us up looking for advice on hiring or finding a new role. It's not always easy, but it keeps us busy and we like the community feel of Thane.
